VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

IMC HealthCare is a national leader in the development, management, and staffing of corporate sponsored on-site health care facilities for Fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States. This is a senior executive level position reporting directly to the President of the company. The Vice President of Operations oversees the operations of the company and is responsible for client satisfaction, profit & loss and management of personnel.
Job Summary
-
Develops and maintains relationships with accounts for client satisfaction and retention.

Provides consistent and effective communication to management regarding profit and loss. Responsible for ensuring budget goals for company are met. (Strategic Planning and Development).

Directs all operations to ensure highest quality, focusing on continuous improvements.

Oversees capital equipment, equipment inventory, human resources, and accounting functions. Develops, implements and monitors company budget.

Responsible for identifying, hiring and managing key staff personnel at various locations throughout organization.

Ensures that employees and managers have the required training and develop staff to achieve success in their positions. Provides leadership, communication and coaching to employees.

Leads organization-wide efforts that support Company’s mission, vision and values.

Supports company growth functions and processes.

Travel approximately 50% (national)
Requirements
Education
-
Masters degree in Business, Health Care Administration or Finance.
Experience
-
Minimum of five years operations and management experience with at least three years experience in health care or insurance field.

Must have proven strategic planning skills, goal setting and assessment skills, and complex decision making skills.

Experience in contract procurement and new business start-up required.
-
Advanced management and communication skills.
-
Comprehensive understanding of business operations and markets.
Other Skills/Abilities
- Must be highly organized and have effective time management skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills are a must.
- Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
