DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
No Relocation Required

IMC HealthCare is a national leader in the development, management, and staffing of corporate sponsored on-site health care facilities for Fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States.  This is management position reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.  The Director of Operations assists in the oversight of the operations of the company and is responsible for client satisfaction, profit & loss of clinic operations and management of personnel.  The Director is responsible for creating and managing multiple on-site health care centers.  Duties include:  client relations; recruitment; training; and, on-going management.

Job Summary

• Oversight of day-to-day health center operations including clinical policies and procedures, patient and work flow processes, quality assurance, medical records, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts for client satisfaction and retention.
• Direct operations to ensure highest quality, focusing on continuous improvements
• Identify, hire and manage key staff personnel at various locations throughout organization.
• Ensure that employees and managers have the required training; develop staff to achieve success in their positions;  provide leadership, communication and coaching to employees.
• Lead organization-wide efforts that support Company’s mission, vision and values.
• Extensive national travel required (approximately 50%).

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of Bachelors degree (Masters preferred), RN, ARNP or PA licensure.

Experience

• Minimum of three years experience managing three or more medical facilities (prefer primary care, urgent care or family practice) 
•  Experience in client and employee relations
•  Advanced communication skills with practitioners, clients and employees
• Ability to manage well.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze policies & procedures and recommend & implement changes.
• Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to set priorities and avoid crisis management.
• Relocation is not required
