TOYOTA INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SELECTS IMC HEALTHCARE TO MANAGE ITS ON-SITE, EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE CENTER

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., November 6, 2007 — IMC HealthCare, a national health care company that specializes in designing, staffing and managing corporate sponsored on-site health and wellness centers, announced today that it has entered into a five-year agreement with Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing , Inc. to staff and manage the company’s newly created on-site employee health care facility. Effective on September 9, 2007, IMC HealthCare’s services for TIEM’s 875 employees will include occupational health care, wellness and urgent care services. Physicals, medical surveillances, treatment of illnesses and injuries, and work-related medical case management will also be offered at the new facility.

The Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM) facility in Columbus, Ind., which recently produced its 250,000th lift truck, features a National Training and Customer Center, national field office and distribution center to meet the needs of Toyota’s customers.
