An on-site IMC UrgentCare™ facility typically handles just about anything short of chronic, major or life-threatening illnesses or injuries. It’s an ideal setting for treating day-to-day complaints such as headaches, minor injuries, sore throats, colds, sprains, strains and similar conditions.
UrgentCare™ can be a major time- and productivity-saver because it allows rapid, effective treatment for complaints that otherwise might require absence for a half-day or more visiting an off-site health-care provider. It can eliminate costly visits to the emergency room or physician offices while reducing time away from work.
In addition, elements from other IMC programs—including WellCare™ and PharmCare™—may be incorporated.
Depending on your unique needs and budget, your health center may be staffed by physicians or mid-level practitioners (physician assistants or nurse practitioners). We will work closely with you to determine the ideal balance between level of care and cost.
