WorkCare™ is the IMC occupational health-care program, designed primarily for industrial and manufacturing environments. WorkCare™ controls and manages work-related injuries and provides OSHA-required screenings. Primary services include prevention programs, injury and illness treatment, emergency response, occupational health exams and tests, drug testing, OSHA reporting, case management, and return-to-work programs.
As with all IMC offerings, elements from other programs such as WellCare™ and PharmCare™ may be incorporated to create a truly customized solution.
Depending on your unique needs and budget, your on-site health center may be staffed by occupational-health nurses, by mid-level practitioners (physician assistants or nurse practitioners) or by physicians. We will work closely with you to determine the ideal balance between level of care and cost.
