Sandra Ochoa joined our team in 2017 as our Vice President of Operations focused on customer service, referrals and transportation department. Sandra is a healthcare executive with more than 10 years of experience in organizational leadership, company growth strategy, project management, patient engagement and risk management. She is highly interested and focused on reaching the excellence of our patient experience. Ms. Ochoa comes from several leadership roles at different HMOs & ACOs including National Director of Channels Growth at Iora Health and is responsible for national growth thru agents/brokers, patients and community leaders in 5 states: Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Prior to her national role, Ms. Ochoa was the former Vice President of Operations at Pasteur Medical Centers responsible for the customer service excellence, transportation, center operations, and diagnostic facilities.
Born in Holguin, Cuba, she came to the Unites States at age 14. Graduated from Hialeah High School, continued to Miami Dade College to complete with a Bachelor’s in Education and currently is finalizing her Executive Healthcare MBA at the University of Miami. Ms. Ochoa holds a Six Sigma Champion Belt from the University of Miami and certifications by the Ritz Carlton Leadership Center in the excellence in the patient experience. Ms. Ochoa’s mission and passion are to transform the future of healthcare by creating the ideal system and shaping a new culture of customer service for our patients. She strongly believes that to provide the best service we must “Treat our patients as if there are your Abuelos or Parents”.
